  1. Ask for all relevant documents: In addition to the purchase agreement, at least the current land register excerpts, the declaration of division and community regulations, the collection of resolutions and any official approvals required should be inspected.
  2. What condition is the apartment in? Pay attention to defects and take this into account in the purchase contract if necessary. An expert inspection by an architect or similar is often recommended.
  3. For what purpose can the apartment be used? Ask to see the building or usage permit. Is the apartment vacated?
