We always charge €210.08 net for an initial consultation for consumers, business founders and start-ups in corporate law in accordance with Section 34 RVG. Advice beyond this is always provided on a fee basis with billing by the minute. We are happy to accommodate our clients with alternatives, particularly in the case of longer-term cooperation.
When setting up a GmbH and UG, there are costs for the notary, the commercial register and, if necessary, for advice from a lawyer. The costs for the commercial register amount to €150.00. The fees for the notary’s services may vary.
If the GmbH is founded with a so-called model protocol, fees of €732.60 are incurred for one shareholder and €780.00 for several shareholders.
Without a model protocol, the costs are €833.50 and €842.50 respectively.
The formation of a UG is comparatively favourable. If a UG is founded with a model protocol, only € 281.00 is charged for one shareholder and € 349.00 for several shareholders.
