WHAT IS CORPORATE LAW?
Corporate law refers to the field of law which describes the internal and external relationships of private associations of persons.

We always charge 190.00 € net for an initial consultation for consumers, founders and start-ups under company law according to § 34 RVG. Consultation going beyond this is always on a fee basis with billing to the minute. Especially in the case of long-term cooperation, we are happy to offer our clients alternatives.
The formation of a GmbH or UG is subject to fees for the notary, the commercial register and, if necessary, legal advice.
For the commercial register there are fees of 150.00 €.
The fees for the notary’s services may vary.
If the GmbH is founded with a so-called model protocol, fees of 732.60 € for one shareholder and 780.00 € for several shareholders are incurred.
Without a sample protocol, fees of 833.50 € and 842.50 € respectively are incurred.
The formation of a UG is comparatively inexpensive. If a UG is founded with a sample protocol, only 281.00 € arise for one partner, and 349.00 € for several partners.
