Training 1: Condominium and Residential Property Management \u2013 Continuing Education under Section 34c Trade Regulation Act (WEG- und Wohnimmobilienverwaltung \u2013 Fortbildung nach \u00a7 34c GewO)<\/h3>\n

This training targets residential property managers (Wohnimmobilienverwalter)<\/strong> and condominium association managers (WEG-Verwalter)<\/strong>, in particular residential property managers within the meaning of section 34c subsection 1 sentence 1 no. 4 Trade Regulation Act (Wohnimmobilienverwalter im Sinne von \u00a7 34c Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 4 GewO)<\/strong>. It focuses on statutory duties, typical liability risks and the practical implementation of the requirements under the Trade Regulation Act (Gewerbeordnung), the Regulation on Estate Agents and Property Developers (Makler- und Bautr\u00e4gerverordnung, MaBV)<\/strong> and the Condominium Act (Wohnungseigentumsgesetz).<\/p>\n
