Irrespective of duration, difficulty and scope, § 34 RVG, which is decisive for the remuneration of lawyers during consultations, provides for a flat-rate consultation fee of up to 190 € net, even for consumers.
With the many individual questions, some of which are short, this can become uneconomical, especially in the start-up phase but also in the consolidation phase.
For this reason, we offer Start Ups and founders an ongoing consultation, which is to be settled in 6 minute intervals, and thus act as a flexible, external legal department. We also offer young companies reduced hourly rates.
